Well, managed to get on the scale today, so let’s take a look at what we’ve got, shall we?
Overall, my weight is pretty much unchanged from last week. I’m down 0.2 lbs to 162 lbs total, which is basically no different. My body water is down that same 0.2 lbs, which is odd, because I’ve been drinking, like, all the water. So many trips to the bathroom… Accounting for that fraction of a pound, every other number is identical to last week. So I guess no progress, but no regression, either.
After the weigh-in I hopped on the treadmill for what my app said was a 5k run, but in reality was probably somewhat shorter(best guess is 4.5km). I ran for just under 33 minutes at what the treadmill says is 5 mph. My pace felt good, not too taxing, although my heart rate was about 5 bpm faster on average than Tuesday.
I may try dropping down to 4.5 mph on the treadmill next week, just to see what it does to my heartrate, but honestly I’m not really too worried about getting exactly into the fat burn zone.
Taking the day off tomorrow, and I’ll be back at the gym for 5×5 Workout B on Monday. See you then.
