Another week stuck at the same weight, 161 lbs. I wish I could know just how accurate all of the other numbers on that piece of paper are. It could very well be that my muscle is going up at the same rate the fat is dropping, or maybe I’ve maintained both for a few weeks. I really don’t know.
According to the numbers my Fat Mass is down and and Fat Free Mass is up from last week, but the opposite from two weeks ago. It’s kind of frustrating, to say the least.
I will say that I still feel good, and that I believe I’m moving in the right direction, and we’ll stick with that. Without hard data, that’s all I’ve got to go on, so I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.
