Nothing like going to the gym, suiting up, weighing yourself, changing, and heading back to work.
And I’ve done that two weeks in a row now. Between being injured, sick and overworked, I’ve been to the gym four times in the last two weeks, and only worked out twice.
Last week I did actually weigh myself, but that’s all I did at the gym. I was so absolutely busy with work that I forgot to write the post. I entered my weight into the chart later (down another 0.4 lbs last week), but I didn’t end up making a blog entry. I figured this week, I should get the blog entry in.
So let’s look at the numbers, shall we? I’m sitting at 181.4 lbs now, down 1.8 lbs from last week, which is a bloody miracle considering I haven’t been working out. I’ve been paying close attention (mostly) to my eating during that time, so that must be what’s helping. Overall, my body water is up, and my fat mass is down, so I can’t complain about that.
My hope is to get back to regular workouts next week. I’d feel much better if I was actively pursuing my weight loss goal, ya know?
