Weekly Weigh-in – Nov. 19th, 2015



Well, here we are, right back where we started. Guess I get to start this blog all over again, eh?

I’m within a pound of where I was when I began this blog back in September 2010.  52 pounds gained back. Fat added, muscle lost.


But hey, gotta start somewhere, right? I’m in this for good this time, got serious motivation. Just have to remember how to do it.

Last time it took me 16 months to drop that weight. I’m hoping I can do it faster this time.
